What is the online ordering system?

This system offers a wide range of artwork for you to choose in which to promote your home and your home events. Artwork will be pre-populated with your homes’ contact details (name, address, phone number and logo). You are able to edit certain parts of the artwork, (such as an event date and time), approve the artwork on screen and send the directly to The Printers.

I can’t find the event I’m looking for.

Please use the ‘search’ facility on the right hand side of the home screen.

The event I’m looking for doesn’t have a template. Can one be created?

Certainly. Please email marketing@barchester.com with your event details. A new template will be created and added to the system. Please allow 5 working days for new artwork to be produced and uploaded.

What products are available?

Currently you can order event posters (A4, A3 or as a pdf to print in house or attach to emails). More products will be available over the coming weeks, such as invites, banners and leaflets.

How do I order:
  • Invites –These items aren’t currently available to create yourself via this system, but we can create them for you. Once you have created a poster, at the checkout stage, please request your invite and the quantity required in the white free text box on the left hand side. Please also state whether you require envelopes. Once you have confirmed your order, we will automatically receive your request and a copy of the artwork you created. Fluid will create the invite for you based on the poster you ordered. Please allow 5 working days for Fluid to create the invite, and a further 3-4 working days for print production
  • Banners – These items aren’t currently available to create yourself via this system, but we can create them for you. Once you have created a poster, at the checkout stage, please request your banner in the white free text box on the left hand side. Once you have confirmed your order, we will automatically receive your request and a copy of the artwork you created. Fluid will create the invite for you based on the poster you ordered. Please allow 5 working days for Fluid to create the invite, and a further 3-4 working days for print production
  • Home leaflets, stickers, cards – These products will all be available to order from the website within the coming months. In the meantime, please continue to order these from the ‘Marketing Template Book’ located on the Marketing page of the intranet
  • Editable templates – Please request these via the ‘Editable Activities Posters’ Template Book located on the Marketing page of the intranet
  • Recruitment materials– Please continue to order these from The Printers website
The quantity I require isn’t listed as an option.

If you require more than the maximum quantity listed, create your product as a downloadable version by selecting ‘1’ quantity. Then go into ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner. Down the left hand side, click on ‘orders’. Select the item you’re after and ‘reorder’. Once in the checkout, click ‘continue shopping’ and repeat the process so that you have multiple copies of the same artwork in your checkout until you reach the quantity you require.

How do I order a combination of poster types (A3, A4 and download) for one event?

Create your poster as a downloadable version by selecting ‘1’ quantity. Then go into ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner. Down the left hand side, click on ‘orders’. Select the item you’re after and ‘reorder’. Once in the checkout, click ‘edit design’ to change the poster size, then ‘save changes’ and ‘add to basket’. Repeat the process again until you have all the size in your basket that you require. Then checkout your total order.
